My stay at Valdonica Winery I Residence I Restaurant was nothing short of exceptional. Not only was the view from the hotel breathtaking, but the attention to detail and dedication of the staff truly made the experience unforgettable. After a long drive through stormy weather, discovering a complimentary bottle of Valdonica wine in my room was a delightful surprise that set the tone for the rest of my stay. The wine tasting session was incredibly informative, adding depth to my appreciation of the local produce.The sustainable and eco-friendly practices of the property, as well as the warm and welcoming atmosphere, made me feel like a part of a close-knit family during my time there. The kitchen facilities were equipped with everything imaginable, allowing for a comfortable and convenient stay. The interaction with the owner, Martin, and the sharing of meals and wine with guests added a personal touch that set Valdonica apart from other establishments. Furthermore, the exquisite pool with its stunning view towards the sea and Elba, along with the unspoiled nearby villages and fantastic restaurants, provided ample opportunities to explore and relax in the beautiful surroundings. From the beautiful room to the delicious breakfast and the attentive staff, every aspect of my stay at Valdonica exceeded my expectations and left me yearning to return for another unforgettable experience.
